Zeder Investments

Disposal: Zeder Financial Services, which indirectly holds 100% of Capespan Agri, has agreed to sell the Applethwaite farming unit to Vredenhof Beleggings for R190m. The proceeds will be paid upon transfer of the property, with plans to distribute dividends received to shareholders.
