Capital Raise Results: Transaction Capital and WeBuyCars raised R902.7 million through the issuance and sale of 40 million WBC Shares at a price of R18.75 per share. This represents approximately 11.5% of the total issued WBC Shares immediately after Listing. WBC IPO oversubscribed at market cap value of R7.82bn.
