Changes to the Board: Telkom’s Board has appointed Ms. Nonkululeko Dlamini as Group Chief Financial Officer and executive director, Ms. Dlamini is a qualified Chartered Accountant and currently serves as Group CFO at Transnet. She was previously the CFO at the IDC and acting Eskom CFO. Dirk Reyneke, the current Group CFO, will step down from the Board to become Chief Capital Projects Officer within the Company. Additionally, Mteto Nyati has resigned as a non-executive director due to capacity constraints.
