Spur

Spur Corporation’s acquisition of a 60% interest in the Doppio Group, which includes restaurant brands Doppio Zero, Piza e Vino, and Modern Tailors, has been confirmed as unconditional and implemented from December 1, 2023. Following the acquisition, the Doppio Group introduced a new sub-brand, Ciccio, an Italian-inspired eatery located in an upmarket trading location in Melrose Arch. The Doppio Group’s restaurant portfolio, will strengthen Spur Corporation’s presence in daytime specialty dining, and accelerate entry into the specialty coffee market.
