Shoprite operational update for the quarter ended September 2023 saw group sales +13.2%. By Segment: RSA Supermarkets +13.03% (selling price inflation +8.3%). Diesel costs totalled R281m, +R90m y/y. Non-RSA Supermarkets +9.7%. Furniture +0.5% (Credit sales were 15.5%). Other (OK) +22.2%.
