Pik n Pay

Rights Offer finalisation: Pick n Pay has finalized the terms for its fully underwritten renounceable rights offer, raising R4.0 bn. Shareholders can subscribe to 252,206,809 new ordinary shares at a 32.48% discount, with a subscription price of R15.86 per share. The rights offer circular will be available on Pick n Pay’s website from 15 July.
