NEPI Rockcastle is in negotiations to acquire Magnolia Park, a shopping center in Wroclaw, Poland’s third-largest city. Magnolia spans 100,000 m² of lettable space. If completed, the transaction will be classified as a category 2 transaction under JSE Listings Requirements and does not require shareholder approval.
