Revenue rose 13.5% to €273.7m. HEPS increased 3.56% to 28.49 eurocents. Occupancy improved to 97.3% from 97.2%. Footfall experienced a positive increase across all shopping centres. Loan-to-Value (LTV) decreased from 34.7% to 32.4%. The dividend per share grew 5.6% to 27.11 eurocents.
