Mondi plc

Mondi completed the sale of its last Russian facility, Mondi Syktyvkar, to Sezar Invest LLC for RUB 80 billion, marking its exit from Russia. The proceeds from this sale and other Russian assets will be distributed to Mondi shareholders.
