Mondi

Mondi is buying packaging assets from Schumacher Packaging in Western Europe, incl. two advanced plants in Germany, for €634m. The deal is expected to be earnings accretive in year one and will add over 1bn square meters of production space to help meet growing demand for eco-friendly packaging.
