Copper 360 

Copper 360 has agreed to acquire 100% of Mulilo Springbok Wind Power (Pty) Ltd, which owns a 55MW wind energy project in the Northern Cape. The project is at an advanced stage, with feasibility studies, technical plans, and permits, including environmental clearances, already in place. The purchase price includes an upfront payment of R5m and deferred payments of R1m per MW as capacity is installed.
