Group turnover for the first 20 weeks of FY2025 rose 8.1% to R18.2bn, compared to 8.0% growth in FY2024. Retail sales, including Clicks, The Body Shop, and Sorbet stores, advanced 8.7%, with comparable store sales up 5.9%. Selling price inflation averaged 3.5%, while volumes grew 2.4%, boosted by Black Friday sales and private-label products. Clicks gained market share across categories but reported slower non-promotional sales and Christmas performance. Interim results are due 16 April 2025.
