Disposal: Following a Constitutional Court judgment, Clicks will divest its shareholding in Unicorn Pharmaceuticals to avoid sanction from the State. The case was due to the vertical integration of Clicks’ retail pharmacy business with its ownership stake in Unicorn Pharma, potentially creating incentives to push for sales of Unicorn pharma products over others. The sale of Unicorn will be completed by the end of July 2024.
