The US FDA banned select Vuse Alto vape flavors: three menthol and three mixed berry by R.J. Reynolds, a BAT subsidiary. Vuse Alto is BAT’s primary US vape brand, especially the menthol variant, which constitutes approximately 75% of US vape sales. While the FDA’s decision was anticipated, BAT might secure a temporary suspension of the order as it challenges the ruling.
